Theres a move in that workout called the PiYo Flip. Many instructors say that its the PiYo version of Wild Thing. But really they are 2 different things. Just to clarify, I thought Id share how to flow into Wild Thing today 1⃣ from Down Dog, lift 1 leg high to the sky 2⃣ Swing it through and under your grounded leg 3⃣ Revolve your body open, lifting your heart toward the sky as you reach for the wall behind you with the lifted hand 4⃣ Go back the way you came, then practice on the other side Open your heart to feeling WILD and free!
