Like if youve gotten in some good workouts so far this year. Try this series to strength in your arms, legs, and core. Start and chair pose Engage your core and lift one knee above the waist. Transition down into Crow without losing the engagement in the core. Repeat on the other side. Do 3-10 repetitions with each leg until your muscles fatigue or you lose your form. Please note, this videos and superspeed. Move that your own pace. But bottom line… Just MOVE!!!
