Like if youve moved your body (or intend to do it later) today. What did you do or what do you plan to do later? Comment below! If I put on weight, it always goes to my hips and thighs. I believe we are more alike than different…so I thought Id share my favorite Pilates hip exercise THE CLAM 1⃣ Lay on your side, propped up on your elbow, knees bent, toes glued together 2⃣ open and close your knees, being extra mindful to keep your top hip pressed forward…its natural to want to rock it back because it will give you greater range of motion…but then youre not targeting the area we are striving to work 3⃣ Do 8-20 reps 4⃣ add an extension at the top for 8-20 reps 5⃣ End with 10-20 straight leg pulses at the height of your range of motion 6⃣ repeat on the other side Please note: the demo video is in super-speed.
