Like many others, I have had my share of customer service issues dealing with computer manufacturers, software developers, cable companies, etc., but I think the the company that takes the cake for consistent billing screw-ups is SiriusXM. I dont ever recall dealing with a company that was so consistently inconsistent whereas their renewal bills and expiration dates dont match the billing info on my account on their website.
