Like me did you always want an air rifle from an early age? My mam, many a time, would lean down all serious and grip me round the head, so i couldnt escape!, and say......Hey sunshine, a little birdy tells me.......I so wanted to shoot that feathery creature!!! I think she also did psychological tests for her sanity a lot when i was younger cos many a time shed look at me and say....Oi!!! Am i talking to myself or a brick wall????.....We didnt read much freud at our school at 4 so id keep memouth shut on that one and let her work it out herself ;) .......I think my mam and most mams in salford were just upset we didnt follow their advice and all become seamstresses. Id ask my mam important questions when she was flustered, like....mam, whats the gap between the bristles of a toothbrush, called?......loads of times my mamd reply.....Button it!!!!!......Id hear kids being told that all over the precinct in all manner of situations. Did anyone take their mothers advice and pick up a needle and thread to button things? ;) :P x
