Like most of you this morning in our community, my heart is breaking for the Phillips family and the passing of a beloved father and husband, Kevin Phillips. Many of you have asked how you can immediately help this family. The family has suggested the best way to help right now is the donation of a Visa gift card. You can drop these off at my house, 6 Lakeview Drive, Poquoson. Arrangements are in the works to set up a scholarship fund to support the children’s future education needs.
