: Like & share this status if you are tired of Obama violating the Constitution. An uneducated populace is a dangerous thing. Many Americans do not know their own Constitution which enables and empowers Obama to even more aggressively continue to violate our Constitution. Not one person I have spoken to in real life, other than my Dad, even know what the employer mandate was, much less the fact that Obama violated the Constitution by delaying the mandate on his own. The moment ObamaCare was passed into law, Obama needed to go through Congress to make changes to it. He did not have the legal authority to change ObamaCare on his own, yet he did, repeatedly. Per the Constitution Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4, Obama does not have the legal authority to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants: The Congress shall have power to To establish a uniform rule of naturalization. Again, not one person I have spoken to in real life even knew what the hell I was talking about. Furthermore, once I explained it to them, they literally did not care. I get a shrug of the shoulders or an Oh well. or Oh, I didnt know that was in the Constitution. Complete and total apathy. This casual mindset regarding the President of the United States repeatedly violating the Constitution when he put his hand on a Bible and swore to defend and uphold it is so dangerous and emboldens Obama to brazenly break the law even more. Far from the vast majority of the country being outraged, most dont know and dont care that Obama is breaking the law. Many people I talk to, depressingly, dont even know that we have a separation of powers and three separate branches of government, enumerated in our Constitution, for the very purpose of trying to prevent someone like Obama from egregiously abusing his political power. If people dont even understand the fundamentals of our constitutional republic, how can we defend it against an aggressor like Obama who is trying to fundamentally transform and destroy it?
