Like the thieves that they truly are,they didnt cover their tracks. A thief,like you know,will always concentrate his plans on how to invade his victims residence but will never give a thought to his escape strategy. They saw and grabbed to the fullest the opportunity to rig the election but they never thought of perfection as aftermath hence, the trouble in which they find themselves now. Like the title of one of James Hardley Chases series The guilty are afraid. They are afraid of the Tribunal. Only last Thursday that certain Heads of Department in the INEC of Osun State were paid a sum of N500,000:00 each. The aim was to seek their help on how to perfect those documents relating to the election. Those paid the were: Mr Oladiti Asimiyu, Accountant.(2) Mr Azeez, HOD Operations, (4) Messrs Ojewande and Ogunmola HOD General Admin (5) Mr Opadiran, HOD Legal. Also paid N10,000:00 each were all the INEC Headquarters staff whose works during the election confined them to the offices. This was not the first time in the last 3 weeks that Aregbe disbursed such on INEC Staff Recall he paid them about two weeks ago through a certain bank account a whooping 150 Million Naira. On Monday last week the Foreign Exchange market at Sabo area of Osogbo was a beehive of activities as all Electoral Officers from different Local Government Areas of the state respectively stormed the market to exchange dollars for Naira. It was such that the Mallams ran out of Naira cash as such couldnt meet in full their demands. Where they got the dollars ? Ask me !
