Liked Raratonga, Cook Islands very much. If it werent so darn far, this is a place I could come back to spend some time. The locals have British-like accents. NOT what you expect to come out of their mouths when you first see them. SUPER friendly people. The guys with the long hair said his name translated to English meant Chocolate. He was incredibly funny! On the way back to the main island, a dog we had see on a smaller island where they took us to enjoy the beach and have a BBQ lunch hitched a ride back with us. Apparently, he swims out to the smaller island every morning to sleep the day away and see if he can get some of the BBQ. At the end of the day, he jumps on the last boat back to the main island...what a life! The dogs name is Cesar. So the dog has a human name, and the human has a name that would be cute for a dog! Wonderful afternoon. So many beautiful places!
