Lime Chimmicurri Marinade 12 cloves of Garlic 1 head of flat Italian Parsley 1 Tablespoon of Red Pepper 1 Cup of Red Vinegar 1 Cup of Oil (Vegetable and Olive Oil Blend) The juice of 4 large limes 1 Tablespoon of Kosher Salt 1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender. 2. In a large container place desired steak. 3. Preseason Steak with Kosher Salt. 4. Place marinade in the container along with the desired steak. 5. Refrigerate for 24 Hours if possible. This preparation would be best suited for a barbeque, preheat barbeque to 400. Sear meat on both sides, lower barbeque to 325 and cooked to desired temperature. When cooking on a stovetop, place steak in a preheated Non- Stick pan. Sear both sides and then finish cooking in a 400-degree oven for eight minutes for a perfect medium rare.
