Lime Cilantro Dressing Ingredients 1/4 cup fresh cilantro 1/2 cup olive oil 2-3 cloves garlic 1 tsp onion powder 1/2 fresh jalapeno pepper 1/4 cup fresh lime juice pinch each cayenne, sea salt, black pepper 1/3 cup water Optional: To make this Lime Cilantro dressing creamy, add 1/2 avocado. Instructions Blend all ingredients, including avocado if using. Drizzle 2 tbsp onto salad and store remaining dressing in a jar in the refrigerator.
