Or an unwanted Christmas gift If anyone knows who did this please report them. Why are humans so cruel , people who do this to an innocent animal are sociopaths , they need found and jailed but even that prob wont happen , even if they are found , they will get a slap on the wrist ... I actually felt physically sick reading this and trying to make sense of the hate these people must have in their body ? Cant even begin to imagine the pain this little pup has gone through. When will this ever end and when will suitable and effective police investigations take effect to track down , arrest and jail the person / people who did this Why :( A puppy had its ear tips cut off with a scissors and cigarettes put out all over its body in one of the worst cases of animal torture ever seen.
