Limitations are BAD. NOT good. UNDESIRABLE. UNNECESSARY. BOOBOO. Is this not common sense? The fitness industry thrives on displaying these self-imposed limitations as being hardcore or differentiating yourself ... when in reality its starting to become the norm as well as a public display of ignorance and stupidity. Lets break this down: - We all want results - Research shows us that we can quantify our calories as well as a sub-group called macronutrients in order to get away with eating absolutely anything, at any time, with any frequency, and still achieve amazing results - Further research shows the negative effects of NOT quantifying nutrients and taking random/fad/extreme measures to achieve nothing more than a visually appealing physique-- inclusive of hormonal imbalance and catastrophic rebound effects - Common sense tells us that having limits on what foods we can eat is largely unfavorable compared to having the ability to eat whatever we want in moderation - Common sense tells us that SINCE we can include anything in our diet, and SINCE eliminating limitations brings a more favorable outcome-- we should WANT to open our minds to this, apply & achieve, and make life easy (but nobody wants easy it seems?) - Common sense tells us that Health and Fitness go hand in hand.. but limitations only bring us the fitness aspect and negate the health factor completely-- both physically and mentally-- putting detriment to our health in full effect - More and more people are creating generic fitness pages on all social media platforms displaying their bland food choices and half-naked selfies - These people accredit their results to their food choices and no-pain, no gain mentality - Their message speaks the blunt truth about their superiority complex via intolerance of constructive criticism, ignorance of true self-improvement, and tunnel vision of selling their physique at any means possible-- inclusive of their bandwagon methods of nutrition/exercise with zero logical backing - They then fall into the saturated pool of laughable fitness gurus to the well-educated (the minority)... but unfortunately put themselves in a place where they are able to brain-wash the clueless, motivated individuals looking to get in better shape (the vast majority) - They let this false sense of achievement grow their already large ego and as their following grows they not only see themselves as more credible, they see themselves as responsible for pushing these bogus methods onto their growing following and defending these methods as it defends their ego and grows their artificial credential The educated minority needs to share this to start pushing back the walls of the ignorant majority in this fitness industry. Turning the tables day by day. Lets put it out there homies. #TEAMLEGENDS Im out
