We struck out with Mike Kellogg leading from his cabin in Sandy bottom , over the mountain south is Daisy , riding eight four wheelers, single fine. We crossed Jumbo Mountain at Jerry Reese home place , thence SE to the top of the mountain which runs paralell to Buck Creek. We followed the mt south and dropped off on to buck creek near where the old railroad tram Crossed at the lower end of the Boggy Lousie hole. We then proceeded up the west side of Buck to the upper end of Boggy Lousie Hole, where we forded The creek . We went North up the east bank of Buck creek Along the foot of Caney Mountain . Had to chop out timber and re-route through the brush some. Finally we reached the mouth of Clear Creek, where it enters Buck creek just below the mouth of Fob creek, and proceeded up clear creek For approx a mile, crossed At the Owen Kellogg crossing about a mile and. Half below the Clear Creek swimming hole. Back down north bank of clear creek, thence north and came out on the Reservation Road . 3 miles east of Daisy. It was a good trip.
