Lindfield Chamber of Commerce Father’s Day Children’s Art Competition 2013 Renowned artist Carole Driver from Middle Cove wears her judging hat for the difficult task of deciding winners for the Lindfield Chambers of Commerce Father’s Day Children’s Art Competition. Carole said “They are all so delightful, so full of colour-all winners- but I chose the winners for their imagination in depicting dads”. Peter Vickers, a keen artist himself and the Secretary of the Lindfield Chambers of Commerce initiated this event to encourage local school and community involvement in arts and was delighted by the response from local schools and local shops. Prizes were donated by local businesses and the artwork will be displayed in Lindfield shops from 22nd August till 9th of September 2013. We encourage everyone to come and see them. The chamber would like to acknowledge and publicly thank the following Lindfield Village businesses for contributing to the competition, it was all a huge success!
