Line crews from the Huntingdon district got off to an early start today (Sept. 25, 2014) when they were called out about 5:30 a.m. to an outage along Rt. 26 north of Huntingdon, just north of the Cold Springs Road intersection. Seven co-op members were left without power because of a faulty underground line. Working with underground power lines can be more time-consuming than working with overhead lines. Working together, crews were able to install new underground line and make the connection to the overhead span. Service was restored by 11 a.m.
