Lower Statistical Limit (LSL) = absolute lowest direct market price-point 2. Upper Statistical Limit (USL) = absolute highest direct market price-point 3. Spectrum between lower right-tail and USL = Cleared personnel direct market price-points (from right tail, increase one standard deviation per clearance level) 4. Spectrum between Mean and lower right-tail = Recommended IDIQ offering price-point distribution 5. The steps are simple; you must (1) execute the non-binding Letter of Intent (LoI), and then (2) specify the pricing package you require to begin the process.
