Lions fighting cancer fundraiser going until 10/4 There are numerous ways to lend a helping hand: We have T-shirts for $10 being sold for two weeks in the Lobby at lunch and directly after school. Ribbons will be distributed from the lobby each day for the next two weeks. We are accepting donations. Pink bracelets are going to be delivered to each 5th period teacher. The goal is to sell all of them ($1 each). Classes that meet their goal will receive a prize. We have a share night set up with Moe’s on T-ville Rd near I10 on Tuesday, Oct. 1. Mention Leon Cancer when ordering!!! The annual Poker Run is Saturday, Sept. 28 9am-12pm. $100 entry per vehicle. Max 5 occupants per vehicle. There are pink out games going on with sporting events, so stay tuned to the announcements and flyers. SGA will be doing our annual personal visits to local businesses to drop off letters and solicit donations over the next week or so.
