Harkness, Jr I have filed a complaint with The Florida Bar on Mr. Martin E Feldman regarding disception, conspirancy (that included (Martin and Peter) and conversational funds from 2012. I sent you another letter March 2013 inquiring what was the stautus of this file, 3 weeks later I received a letter of dismissal. I will NOT ACCEPT this letter this kind of insult. If Mr. Feldman presents inedivance of this allegation I would like to have copies. You personal proclaim that Mr. Feldman provided legal services using his professional judgment to develop the case strategy on hiow to proceed with the case. Simply Delicious case # stated in the letter (CACE12026174-CA-13) is incorrect. Mr. Feldman was retain Sept 2010..filed a motion of unavailability Nov 2010 and nothing else was filed under this case, this case is now closed for over 2years and every month I received a bill from his office for services that he was never providing. I asked him to recued himself Sept 2012. Simply Delicious total bill $....... Liquidity Investment, Inc. case # CACE10004483-CA-25 was retained Dec 2010 file of notice appearance ____. In march 2011 he claimed to filed…what???? That which he supposedly file is the exact summary that I prepared myself and sent over to him by email. This is the only filing he claims he has done in a 2 years period. I also have a verbal recording of the conversation were he cancelled of a “hearing date” in May 2012. I checked with Broward County Clerk and the case had been closed for several months. While he still billing me on a monthly basis for cases never been worked, filed or solved. This is a discreption and extortion. Is this The Florida Bar or Mr. Harkness definition of professional judgment and developing case strategy??? Westway Towing (CACE09064965-CA-04,2) Mr. Feldman was retained in January 2012. For over 6months he was handling this case with NO ACTIONS. He inherited this case from Attorney (Thomas Moss) who retired. This case was pending awaiting a Trial date. It took him over 6months to review documentation (meanwhile sending me a monthly bill) without any result. Finally, I had to take matters in my own hands and instruct him to subpoena certain documents. I would like for this matter to be REVIEWED by upper management. I know my rights and we need to have justice back in the system. This type of conduct is not acceptable- the public needs to be aware of these attorneys (crooks) ..the only difference between them and the common criminals is that they are licensed by the Florida Bar, someone has to stand up and that would be ME. If this matter is not resolved…I will see you in the Supreme court. What the strategy he uses in this case???
