To those of us who grew up in the NYC area, we know all these people... 6. Summer Of Sam... The genius of Spike Lee, maybe his finest film 7. Bullet... Mickey Rourke can do no wrong 8. The Bad Lieutenant: THE ORIGINAL!!! Harvey Keitel hits another one out of the park 9. Short Cuts... One of the great Dark Comedies of all time 10. The Big Fix...
