List Of Universities Approved To Participate In Students’ Loan Scheme. The Government has released a list of universities approved to participate in the students’ loan scheme this financial year. The Universities to participate in the scheme have been approved by the Higher Education Student’s Financing Board. Twelve Universities have been approved including Makerere University, Kyambogo, Busitema, Gulu, Mbarara University of Science and Technology among others.
