Listen to Your Body As easy as it sounds, for a runner it is hard not to push yourself and run anyway! Yesterday I woke up with a sore throat and head ache. My kids have all been sick and now I guess it is my turn. I was supposed to run 20 miles today but I have decided to take it easy today and see how I feel tomorrow. Plus, my glutes and hamstring are bothering me. I went to my chiropractor yesterday and she worked on my for quite a while. I left feeling better but still not 100%. I am going to take it easy and listen to my body and give it the rest it needs today. I would rather not push it and end up with a pulled muscle and a full blown cold too!
