This is a case of poor training or not enough training. the guy gets too close to the officer and let him go back inside the vehicle and for an extended period of time, then repeatedly tells him to drop the weapon. SMH I would have shot him after the second verbal command because he obviously had no intentions on dropping the rifle. But the biggest show lack of training is he didnt call for back up until the situation got out of control. R.I.P.
