Listen to this story. Tonight I met a 17 year old boy who was born on New Years Eve. Because it was a holiday the doctor wasnt available and there were complications at birth where there wasnt enough oxygen to his brain so, because of that, it was damaged and he has issues such as an inability to speak and other difficulties. Apparently he likes music so I gave him my CD as a birthday present. He was so happy he gave me a hug and put his head to mine. I wasnt expecting that and it was deep. It was like he was trying to break through as best he could to let me know how much he appreciated it. I was so glad I had a CD of my own music to share with him. A nice way to start the new year. Unlike any other for me.
