Listening to Pandora at work tonight and this song came on. Id like to construct a story to go with this music because I envision an epic battle montage when I hear it. *opening strings* we see a grizzled warrior kneeling by the fireplace with his eyes closed in pain. He looks up at a painting of his kidnapped love and a hard look comes across his eyes. *drums & guitar kicks in* We see a montage of him strapping on his armor, grabbing his sword, leaping on his steed and racing across the empty plains. In the distance, we see a mighty fortress. As he reaches the gates, a horde of soldiers rush at him. *music kicks up in tempo (and bad-ass-ness)* We then see an epic fight scene, as the warrior starts to cut through the soldiers. With every strike he seems to get faster, with hardly a blow on him. As he climbs the tower though, he starts to slow and gains several wounds. He reaches the top of the tower, and finds the warlord who kidnapped his love holding her at knife point. *music still continuing rapid pace* The warrior merely stares at the warlord without a word. The warlord, infuriated, throws the woman aside and rushes the warrior. In a short series of rapid dodges and exchange of blows, the warrior slays the warlord. As the music continues in tempo, but starts to dip in volume, the warrior falls to his knees, exhausted. His loved one kneels besides him, and embraces him. Fade to black.
