Lite Mediterranean Lunch. Be it the Riviera, in Mykonos, or Portofino. Spinach cream soup w/o cream. Prepared with frozen organic spinach, veg broth, lo-so v8, water, greek yogurt, walnuts, spices, honey, ginger, turmeric, grated parma, sheep cheese & goat log cheese + 1/2 slice swiss. Super fast & yums. Wild caught sardines from WF365. The LARGEST sardines Ive ever seen in a tin. 190 mg salt total. Loaded with goodness, a few skeletal bones for calcium, & 1715 omega 3. Only tinned in olive oil, water, salt. Some red onion bits atop sardines which taste very awesome. Yummies.
