The Academic Programmes being offered by the School of Education are- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Basic Training Certificate (B.T.C.) Bachelor of Education Programme The Bachelor of Education Programme, generally known as B.Ed. is a one year professional Degree course designed for training of would be teachers in various subjects for secondary/senior secondary schools. It is duly Approved by National council of Teacher Education (NCTE), Govt. of India and Affiliated to C.C.S. University, Meerut. Eligibility Criteria: The candidate must have passed Graduation or Post Graduation degree with minimum 50% in marks in any discipline from any recognized university and must have cleared the State Entrance Examination. Admission Procedure: Admission to this course is done through Counseling and Combined Entrance Examination conducted by State Govt. Basic Training Certificate Programme The programme aims at preparing Teachers for Elementary stage of Education to fulfill the basic learning needs of all children. This is Two years course, duly approved by NCTE and Affiliated to SCERT Lucknow / U.P. Govt. Eligibility Criteria: Graduation with 50% marks from any recognized University. Admission Procedure: Through merit list by U.P. Govt. (SCERT).
