Little Angels Remembrance Service There will be a special service of remembrance to honour babies and children lost to miscarriage, neonatal death and other tragic causes at Slough Cemetery and Crematorium on Saturday 6th July 2013 at 10.30 am. This Service is arranged by Madhu Bedi the founder of Little Angels. The service is not just a religious service; it is a service for people of all faiths and none, a time dedicated to remember, honour and reflect the memory of our little angels. For some this will be the first opportunity to openly acknowledge their loss no matter how much time may have passed. When life is taken at such a tender age there is very little time to create memories and for others to recognise the void left behind. Madhu wished for a day where grieving families and friends could openly come together and acknowledge their loss in an environment of love, support and understanding. After the service in the Chapel candles will be available to light at the SANDS Baby Memorial. Following this there will be a collective release of balloons in memory of those who left too soon, but remain deeply embedded in our hearts. Cards will be available to write a personal message to attach to your balloon or to be placed on a tree of remembrance. Madhu has arranged for this service to be offered free of charge so kindly let her know if you would like to attend to enable her to order sufficient balloons, candles and refreshments.
