Little George and Moby had to go to the vet today. George had somehow cut his foot and Moby has had an abscess in his jaw which was there when he arrived but he had such an upset tummy from being removed from his mother so early in life we wanted to sort that first. (The reason he has no mother is because Moby was born to a mother who is a dairy cow so he was taken away at birth to be sent to slaughter - (dairy calves are the wastage of the dairy industry) Thankfully Brightside Farm Sanctuary and FreeHearts Animal Sanctuary were there to save him and 5 of his friends. Of course Daphne was with George and Moby today on their journey to the vet to look after them ( her usual job) George was a perfect patient, even the vet was impressed
