Little Italy Susanville Hello again to all our friends. At the risk of repeating myself I just want to say what a great day in was at the restaurant today. Awesome staff, great food, great customers(friends) and a great optimism as we close in on our first month in business. From the bottom of my heart and from my family to all of you and your families, thank you so much. We are employing now nearly 30 of your friends and neighbors and are really excited about our future. We will be making a major announcement in the very near future and we hope that you all will be as excited as we are when that time comes. Now, lets talk raviolis. ,,,,,Im thinking along with our daily Ricotta cheese ravioli we will be creating a new combination for tomorrow. Tomorrows ravioli will be a mushroom-feta cheese-black olive combo. We will also have some smoked Italian suasage rave. Hmm, wonder if I could run down to the store and start right now, (calm down Mark),Ok , deep breath, Im also going to add tomorrow for a taste of the Amalfi Coast, a Shrimp Ceasar Salad. We are going to saute some beautiful shrimp in our garlic butter wine reduction and serve it over a luscious ceasar salad for the pleasure of your palate! Desserts! Executive Chef Chuck Romo is a dessert genius! We will have for you tomorrow Tiramisu Cake, Canolis, Bread Pudding with Caramel glaze, and Cheese Cake. Chef Chuck makes his desserts from scratch on the premises! Do yourself a real favor and savor one of these delectable delights at your earliest convenience. Again, thank you all.
