Little Padded Seats North/South Clearance Sale Weve spent quite a bit of time since our Newsletter/Facebook announcement on Monday deciding which product lines we are going to keep and which we are not. We had hoped to be at this point by Thursday or even Friday, but we had such an influx of customers that we were quite busy making sure everyone got the attention they needed. Now, finally the time has come to, as the song says, let it go. Effective tomorrow, all discontinued lines are 50% off. This includes things that were already in our Clearance section; they are 50% off the lowest marked price. Clearance prices will be effective in-store only on Sunday, but beginning Monday they will effective on-line as well. Were discontinuing a lot of items so it was a challenge to figure out how to arrange the store. Ultimately, we decided to draw an imaginary line down the middle of the store from the entrance back to our play area. Everything was arranged so that items on the South of that line (the side with the cash register) we will be keeping and replenishing inventory, while all items on the North of that line are being clearanced. Therefore, were affectionately calling this our North/South Clearance Sale. On a personal note, weve seen an outpouring of support after our announcement on Monday. We are very appreciative of the sentiments and offers that weve received. We are very grateful to belong to and serve this community. By sharing our newsletter and Facebook post you extended our reach and garnered a much larger response than we ever thought would happen. Weve even received a couple of interview requests. The first article came out in the Des Moines Register yesterday. Look for us in more media over the next couple of weeks. Thank you, one and all.
