Little Scotty has been in my heart since the day I learned of his death. I never met him but Ive felt a connection to him since I seen his picture. Such an innocent Lil boy subject to the worst people possible. It breaks my heart knowing his last days on earth were so tragic. Id give anything to take his place. These cases usually dont stay with me but I cant shake Scotty. Ive thought and thought about it. Asking god why would he allow this. I know he is in a better place now and free of suffering. But it doesnt change the tears Ive shed for him. I have no reason why Scotty has stuck in my head. But when I see his picture attached to this gruesome story I cant help but feel my heart breaking. Im so sorry Scotty. More than you can imagine. If I could change this I would. Im positive you have touched so many hearts that you will not be forgotten. Your name rings in my head everyday. Justice will be served cold for doing this to you. Be free buddy. Be happy. Not in pain. Fly with the angels. Smiling and happy is how Ill remember you. I wish we couldve met. I wish I couldve saved you. I wish a million things I couldve done for you if I had only known. Im not sure why you touched my heart but Im glad. Ill always see your picture in my memory. And Ill stand up to situations like this to make sure no child suffers. Goodnite buddy. My candle is burning in your memory.
