Little daily reminder... ~ What doesnt FEEL right... ISNT. If something you say or do locks you up in the stomach, chest or solar plexus... or makes you start to feel anxious or shaky, it is because that thing... that vibration is in direct opposition to where you want to be... where your SOUL wants you to be... and so... the Creator too is in disagreement with it (I am by NO MEANS referring judgement!!! Just a state of vibration). So pay attention to your habits. If you continually feel really awful when you *do that thing again* then make a conscious effort to stop. And oh boy... you watch your whole life and mood turn around from this conscious practice! We all really really want to grow right? Learn our lessons faster? Create a better life. ... and better world? Well begin with taking notice of all the things you say and do. If it jars you on the inside it means the higher part of you knows this is not the right and best direction and there is a better way to do, say or think here. Ask the Angels for clarity on this and ask them to show and help you with the most aligned alternative. And..... good luck. You can do it! Xx ~
