Little off track today! Dealing with a cold. Light breakfast: 1 Boiled egg, 1 sl. whole grain wheat toast, 1/2 cup orange juice, and a cup of green tea! Dinner: 1/2 cup pinto beans, bowl of chicken noodle soup, 1 sl. whole grain wheat toast, 4 ginger snaps, 1 banana, 1 cup skim milk and water!! Im proud to announce after the second week, I can feel the difference in my clothes......still a ways to go!
