Liverpool Cathedral organists are embarking on a marathon 10 hour continuous playing of our magnificent instrument on July 19th from 8.30am-6.30pm. As part of our 90th anniversary celebrations and to raise funds for the £900,000 Organ Appeal to overhaul this the largest organ in the UK, and the Cathedral Choir Tour to the USA in the Autumn, our musicians will be embarking on marathon session on the cathedrals great organ. You can turn up on the day, donate money and have your favourite hymn played.
