Special 1: Ionized Air Current Livewire charges the air around her opponent and unleashes a flurry of lightning strikes. DRAINS OPPONENTS POWER. Special 2: Lightning Strikes Livewire uses her control of electricity in a devastating melee combo. Special 3: Forever Evil Livewire drains all the power from the surrounding city and unleashes it to fry her victim. UNBLOCKABLE. Passive Explanation: Livewire, like Harley Quinn, was created for the DC Animated Universe, but became too popular and was added into the DC mainstream. She can control electricity and can recharge herself by absorbing even the smallest amount or power. For instance, she once broke out of prison after draining the power from a cd player. Thus, every time a foe strikes her, she would slow his/her attack speed by about 0.5%, because if she were to be struck, then the striker would be shocked. This would cause lots of tag outs due to the resulting lag to benefit her team. Though if she did tag out, then the opponent would no longer be slowed.
