Living in Hougang or Jalan Bahagia? Here are two new Bus Service Enhancement Programme (#BSEP) bus services coming your way! Starting 14 Sep (Sun), Hougang Central Bus Interchange will see an addition to the family – new loop Service 324! Travelling along Upper Serangoon Road/Crescent/View, Service 324 will connect commuters to: Hougang MRT, 3 schools (Holy Innocents’ High, Serangoon Secondary, CHIJ Our Lady of the Nativity), 2 malls (Hougang Mall, Kang Kar Mall), and Cheng San Public Library. On the same day, a new Supplementary Bus Service 139M will start operations. Service 139M will beef up existing Service 139 between Toa Payoh Bus Interchange and Jalan Bahagia. It will reduce waiting times for commuters travelling between Toa Payoh Bus Interchange/MRT Station and St. Michael’s estate, and connect commuters to: HDB Hub, Toa Payoh Town Park, Sun Yat Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall, Home Team NS – JOM@Balestier and Whampoa Community Centre.
