Living in Los Angeles, I very commonly encounter glamorous celebrities, at the natural foods store, at the laundromat, and even at the opium den where I occasionally go to chill out. I have found that its a lot of fun to pretend to mistake the GC for some other GC. The other day at Erewhon, for instance, I informed Jeff Goldblum that I especially admired his performance as Phil Spector in last years dreadful HBO movie. In view of the fact that Jeff is around 6-4, and Al Pacino, who really portrayed Spector, around 4-11, this was especially zany.
