Living in the country is usually great, but not when you are having issues with internet connections. They poor guy was here all day last Monday and stopped by again yesterday. The connection is not getting to the house, which means it is not my fault or the houses (the lady on the phone tried to blame MY wiring), and the technician said we would have a hard time getting the company to do anything about it on their end. So, I guess we are in a pissing game now. He is going to try to separate my computer line from the phone line (DSL and all that), but I dont understand how that will help if the signal isnt getting to that part of the setup. So, my time on here is limited - I am not shirking my responsibilities as the Grand Mum, just having to tolerate the phone companys antics until I run out of patience and go ballistic on their buns.................see ya when I can
