Living in the times we do, where the issue of gun control and freedom to carry is such a hot-button item, Im glad to see this. Most of the gun control debate is done in Washington, DC. Our constitution that serves to reinforce this right is emblazoned all over town - the actual document itself is stored here for Gods sake. Those that wrote much of our nations landmark legislation did so from here. DC is OUR capital and as a municipality and center of government, was created solely to serve the people and to issue forth our laws. We have a constitutional right to carry and now, we have a right to carry in our own capital city. Glad to see it happen.
