Livingstone Ssempebwas Life Story! A 17 year old life shattered with disease, poverty, neglect, and Mothers Death BUT A SOUL THAT SPEAKS LIFE AND HOPE FOR A BETTER FUTURE:) Livingstone Sempebwa is a 17 year old teenager who is the sole care taker of his young brother Francis Ssekatawa. Life has played a few horrible cards on them; a Father( Mr. ZZIMBE PATRICK) who decided to walk away from his children, living them to watch their mother until she died early this year. As the interviewer asks Livingstone about his day to day life....He speaks eloquently stating that he wakes up early in the morning to dig and then continues to his day job which is making pan-cakes till 3pm or 6pm. He also has a second job, he cultivates other peoples garden for pay so that his younger brother may have a meal. Livingstone has two jobs because he has to provide basic needs for himself and his brother Francis. His biggest financial problem is Francis education which costs him $35,000 per semester. That will be almost $20 a semester and $60 a year. Livingstone cannot go to school because of an unknown disease that torments his life. He has no idea what happens to him at night but he wakes up with bruises and a body that is in pain; due to that fact, he cannot concentrate in school. He built the house they are living in with his mother when she was still alive... Neighbors helped to install the roof. He continues to narrate his story stating that sometimes he sees his father, but Mr. ZZIMBE only says hello and continues to his business....... Livingstone calmly tells the interviewer that he has no words or questions for his father if ever given an opportunity to talk to him. He asserts, I miss my mother because she cared for us, she took us to the hospital when we were sick, she tried and looked for food....... She was here for us With pride he answers to the interviewer that if help was on the way, he would love to continue support his young brothers educational journey and build a beautiful and safe home for him to live in. At 17 years old, Livingstone Ssempebwa is not looking for a new pair of shoe, or latest technological garget, video game BUT RATHER HE IS DREAMING FOR A SAFE HOME AND A BRIGHT FUTURE FOR HIS YOUNGER BROTHER. PLEASE MAKE LIVINGSTONES DREAM COME TRUE. With just $60, his young brother will be in school for a year....then maybe Livingston will worry about food); What amazes me about Livingstone is that he does not even talk about his needs especially with such a severe disorder but rather focuses on his young brothers safety and educational journey. WHAT A HERO AND AN INSPIRATION TO ME. I HONOR YOU LIVINGSTONE SEMPEBWA. I AM ON MY KNEES ASKING ABBA FATHER TO OPEN ALL THE DOORS FOR YOU. AMEN. My dear friends and family, if there is anyone out there who can help these amazing souls find a safe home to live in and also be nurtured, protected, and provided for; please send me a message . My heart breaks to see the continual suffering of my people but I know God has enabled me to be their voice. All I can do is to share their story. #IDREAMWITHLIVINGSTONE:) #TeamLivingstone:) @Do for one what you would love to do for many. I know someone out there can help this young 17 year old life dreamer:) @Love a Community:)
