Lmao. I just made a cop laugh his ass off. Left a friends house and was eating some cupcakes while I walked because Im a fat bastard. Lol. When I finished I was passing a bus stop with a garbage can that said litter only no household garbage and the cops were parked about a half a block away. So I stopped right next to the garbage can. Stared right at them and threw the cupcake box on the floor then picked it right back up and threw it in the garbage and kept waking. Sure enough when I passed the car the cop stopped me and asked me why I threw the box on the floor. So I told him its illegal to throw household garbage in that garbage can. Its for litter only. So I threw it in the floor first so it was littler then I threw it in the garbage can. He started laughing and said ok you can go.
