LoL, I bet if he takes it to trial, Hell get off... Criminally anyways, hes a kid.. unless hes got prior history with the law, he can easily beat this. Its his account, legally, once the money was put into his account, it became his by default. He didnt take anything, the bank gave it to him. There is absolutely no Theft involved.
