Loan seekers beware: Fraudsters active claiming to provide loan under subsidy scheme Complaints have been received that some persons are collecting money from the applicants of bank-linked subsidy scheme of Minority Finance Corporation. Many applicants belonging to old city complained Managing Director Minority finance Corporation Prof. S A Shukoor that some persons, enticing them by saying that subsidy amount will be transferred in their accounts, have collected huge amounts from them. A gang is active in this connection which by obtaining the list of the applicants is contacting the applicants. It is said in the complaint that the fraud is carried out in cahoots with some banks. Signature of applicants is being taken on fake agreement enticing them by saying that the subsidy amount will be transferred in their account. Managing Director Minority Finance Corporation has clarified that no one can claim to transfer subsidy amount in the accounts.
