Loaves and fishes, Day 3...find one unknown root vegetable(? What are this???ala Jenna Marble) from one of my try-one-of-everything organic produce runs. Could be sweet potato, but not orange inside. Could be turnip, maybe. :/ Slice, marinate in olive oil, smoked paprika and applewood sea salt. Fry like cottage fries with the last green onion from the garden. Serve with pork roast that turned out to be more bones than meat, and the last of the gardens purple pole beans that magically turn green when you cook them. Share bones w happy dogs...everybodys tail is waggin at the Gypsy Cafe. Oh yeah, it was probably a sweet potato...from Zimbabwe or somewhere, I guess. :)
