Local Arabs in Jerusalem have been targeting the Jerusalem Light Rail train for a long time now, and the mayor of Jerusalem gave orders to the trained, post IDF combat unit Light Rail security guards to shut down all attempts of potential violence and destruction to the Rail and the passengers. The Light Rail, of course, also serves several Jerusalem Arab neighborhoods, and it is typically, although not always, around these Arab areas that the Light Rail travels through where it is attacked (bricks through windows while travelling, firebombs at the stations, fighting with passengers, disrupting and causing a scene just for the hell of it, etc...). On occasion, the Arabs do this in other Light Rail stations in Jerusalem, as we see here which took place at the Jerusalem Central Bus Station area.
