Local Emery County Student Is asking For YOUR help with: RECYCLING and RENEWING the Community Kayla Pratt,16, is currently doing a Recycling and Renewal Community project, not only to help her community, but also to EARN money towards her People to People Student Ambassador Program. She has been chosen to be 1 out of about 50 students from Utah, to join in on this wonderful, chance of a Life-Time opportunity to serve her country, state, and community as a Student Ambassador during the Summer 2014 in Australia and New Zealand. ****The People to People Student Ambassador Program is not affiliated with any of the local schools.**** To learn more about People to People, please visit their website: peopletopeople Kayla is asking the community to help her by DONATIONS of ITEMS that she is RECYCLING. Here is a quick list of most of the items that she is looking for: * Aluminum cans* *Tin* *Sheet metals* *Iron metals* *Steel metals* *Washers & Dryers* *Refrigerators* *Dish Washers* *Stoves* *Lawn Equipment* *A/C and Swamp Cooler Units* *Furnaces* *Wire -- Copper & Aluminum* *Fencing* *Farm Equipment* *Shop Equipment* *Vehicles ( titles are required )* *Car Batteries* *Cell Phones w/ Chargers* *Laptops w/ Batteries and Chargers* *Tires* *Digital Cameras* *Mp3 players* *Ipods and Ipads must have Batteries and Chargers* *Ink jet printer cartridges (placed in plastic baggies)* ****And many other items that we just can’t think of at the moment**** Kayla’s parents are helping her with this project and together they are willing to gather and load the DONATED items. Their goal is to help clean the community, give new life to items that can be renewed, and help Kayla meet here goal of being a Student Ambassador.
