Local Facebook friends, I have a deal for you! I joined a fitness training facility called Orangetheory Fitness Morrisville! Its an awesome one hour interval training class thats like having a personal trainer on retainer! Its a combo of treadmill/rowing machines, weights, TRX, etc.. They offered a special today for a week of free classes if you want to try it out. Dont let the name fool you-its a description of working in the heart rate zone that gives you the most post workout calorie burn.
