[Local Happenings] Our great city is buzzing this week with the opening of the Whole Foods Market Austin in the Domain. Some of our team stopped by the Grand Opening this morning to see what was new and how it differed from the other locations in Austin. Below are a few highlights. *There is a large touch screen in the produce section that offers recipes and health and wellness information (gluten free, heart health, diabetes management, etc) *Chargrilled Oysters and How to Oyster instructions *Over 40 organic items in the prepared section *The coffee bar boasts two top-of-the-line La Marzocco Strada espresso machines crafted in Italy *In the middle of the store, and straight through the wine aisle, you will find The Draft Shack, an indoor bar that offers over 40 brews on tap *Great juice bar with cold-pressed juices and custom smoothies *Buckets of $.99 walkin beer for anyone thats interested *The downstairs patio is complete with a stage for live music, an outdoor bar, washers, a play area for kids and fire pit tables
