Local Hood News; A huge crowd stood out side of Starrz Barber Shop in Lancaster Ave J, 20th St E. It was their grand opening featuring The Rapper Game who made his grand entrance. Rapper Game gave his best as the children took pictures, gave him hugs, got autograph signings, smiles and laughter; One kid says, I had lots of fun today People also got their hair cut from the Barbers as we acknowlege CJ, Daren, Davion, Kelton, LJ, Mike, Miguel who put a fresh cut into super star status affordable and reasonable. Starrz Barber shop grand opening was the coolest according to one man as he sat in the Barbers chair getting his hair cut. The Rapper Game was scheduled to stay between the hours of 1-4 PM; The outside crowd grew bigger, Game out of kindness decided to go over time to satisfy his fans who desperately wanted to meet him. The crowd was estimated (coming in and out) to be over a 1000 who showed up for the grand opening. It was overly crowded in the building with no problems everyone had a great time. I myself participated in getting a fresh hair cut thanks to Barber Kelton. We thank the owner of Starrz Barber Shop Lynette Baker who made the grand opening a grand success.
